Booking & Payment
How can I book?
The easiest way is directly online via our booking page – there you can instantly see real-time prices and availability.
Can I also make a last-minute booking?
Yes, you can book available apartments online at any time – even on the same day.
How do I pay?
Payment is made conveniently online during the booking process.
Can I pay on site?
No, we only accept online payments. This is safe and fast for both sides.
Can I receive an invoice for my stay?
Yes, we will gladly provide you with an invoice – please let us know when making your booking.
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancellations can only be made in writing. The cancellation terms are outlined in our General Terms and Conditions, which you also confirm during the booking process.
Access & Check-in / Check-out
From what tome is check-in possible?
Regular check-in is available from 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible, as cleaning takes place beforehand and requires several hours.
How do I get access to the apartment?
You will receive your personal access code for the door or smart lock by email before your arrival. This allows you to check in flexibly and contactlessly at any time.
Is a late check-out possible?
Regular check-out is by 11:00 AM. A late check-out may be arranged upon request (at least 24 hours in advance) and for an additional fee, provided there is no follow-up booking.
Stay & Amenities
Where can I park?
Each apartment has at least one free parking space directly at the property. Most spaces are also suitable for minibuses or vans, while two spaces are reserved for cars only.
Do you offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, all apartments are equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Are towels and bedding included?
Yes, towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price.
Is there a baby cot and a high chair?
Yes, we are happy to provide both upon request. The additional charge is €10 per stay.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not – we are unable to accommodate pets.
Is there a coffee machine, and if so, what kind?
Yes, all apartments are equipped with Nespresso capsule machines. A selection of capsules will be ready for you upon arrival.
Is there a washing machine?
Almost all apartments have a washing machine. Only two apartments are not equipped with one.
Are additional guests allowed?
Only the number of guests specified in the booking may use the apartment. Additional persons are not permitted to stay in the apartment, even during the day. In exceptional cases, prior approval may be granted, and additional charges may apply.
Is the conservatory in the Chillout Loft apartment heated?
Yes, the conservatory in the ‘Chillout Loft’ apartment is heated and can be used all year round.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
No, all apartments are non-smoking.
Is there a place to store bicycles?
Yes, bicycle parking is available.
Other Information
Is it possible to view the apartment beforehand?
No, a viewing in advance is not possible – however, you can find plenty of photos and information on our website.
