Furnishing

We furnish our holiday apartments in a stylish, elegant, and functional way for guests from Germany and abroad.

Short-term rental

We offer these units as short-term rentals to our guests, ranging from one night up to three months.

MONITORING & CONTROL

The sensors and smart locks connected to our property management system allow us to continuously monitor your property. This ensures that unauthorized persons, mold, and excessive guest noise stand no chance.

NO SMOKERS & PETS

Clearly stated in our General Terms & Conditions: pets and smoking are not permitted in our apartments. Violations result in additional charges, preventing costly renovations and avoiding insurance issues.

SIMPLE AND FAST COMMUNICATION

We act as the interface between property management and the owner. This means that all matters can be communicated with us quickly and easily.

PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY PHOTOS

As part of the short-term rental, we produce professional photos of the property and are happy to make them available for your use.

BETTER PROTECTION AGAINST DAMAGES

Through our comprehensive insurance packages, we are well covered in case anything happens to guests within the holiday apartment.
