Lease

We lease commercial properties and multi-family houses starting from a size of 300 sqm.

Furnishing

We furnish our holiday apartments in a stylish, elegant, and functional way for guests from Germany and abroad.

Short-term rental

We offer these units as short-term rentals to our guests, ranging from one night up to three months.

  • Locations suitable for tourism, living, and business stays

  • City centers, mixed-use areas, and commercial districts with excellent public transport connections

  • Office space with potential for conversion into accommodation

  • Residential property with potential for repurposing
