Why Charysma Apartments was created

In 2022, the deliberate decision was made to create an independent project – free from rigid systems and external constraints.

After many years in a senior leadership role with strategic and financial responsibility, the desire grew to not only share entrepreneurial responsibility, but to shape it fully – from concept to execution.

Charysma Apartments is the result of that decision.

Today, we stand for modern holiday apartments in Hamelin, offering digital check-in, personal service, and nine stylishly designed apartments in different locations across the city. From the very beginning, flexibility has been a core principle: independent units that can be adapted to create different living concepts – from compact business stays to spacious accommodations for families or small groups.

Quality, clarity, and a long-term perspective define how we operate – and form the foundation for the next stages of development.

I founded Charysma Apartments in 2022 to build an independent project with a clear entrepreneurial signature. Each apartment was personally planned, furnished, and modernised by me – in close collaboration with skilled craftsmen and with a strong eye for detail and quality. Today, I lead the company as both host and entrepreneur, continuously working to further develop quality, service, and efficient internal processes.

Cleaning team – the heart of everyday life

Since our first apartment in 2022, our cleaning team has grown steadily. Today, several reliable staff members look after our nine apartments – always with the aim of ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. From our first employee to today’s team, one thing has always been clear: quality begins with people who take their job seriously and give their best for our guests every day – reliably, warmly and with dedication.

Technology, laundry logistics & administration

In 2023, the first caretaker joined the team to speed up renovations, refurbishments and minor maintenance work. This was followed by an employee who deals exclusively with laundry logistics. Since 2025, a property manager has been supporting the team, taking care of organisation, processes and the reliable management of all locations – thus ensuring smooth operations in our growing company on a daily basis.

An Advent weekend to enjoy

I spent a wonderful Advent weekend with my family from France in this very comfortable and tastefully furnished flat. It is also conveniently located in the centre. We had a lot of fun playing billiards. We would love to come back.

Lovely flat for the weekend

The flat is in a quiet location and is extremely clean and modern. Everything you need is there. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful in his communications beforehand. We had to arrive early due to a wedding, and this was arranged immediately. If we go back to the area, we would love to stay there again.

Exceptional & central

I would describe the flat as exceptional. Centrally located in the pedestrian zone, very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The highlight is a pool table. There is also free parking in the immediate vicinity. I would rent the flat again.
