Why Charysma Apartments was created

In 2022, I felt the desire to create something of my own. A project without external constraints. Without a rigid system. After years of running on a treadmill, I knew I wanted to create something that would truly benefit people. Spaces where they could arrive, take a deep breath, and feel at ease.

This is how Charysma Apartments came into being. Today, it is a small, dedicated team that puts its heart and soul into looking after guests, apartments and quality.

    Goal: Escape the rat race of my previous job and embark on my own project without external constraints. Energy instead of exhaustion!

    Two weeks of flat-out work with five tradesmen – and in the middle of it all, my T5 van even burns out. Nevertheless, the foundation for Charysma Apartments is laid.

I founded Charysma Apartments in 2022 because I wanted my own project that was fun, meaningful and helped real people. I personally planned, furnished and passionately modernised every apartment – often together with teams of craftsmen, sometimes even with T5 breakdowns included. Today, I manage the company and continuously work on optimising processes to create an even better experience for every single guest.

Cleaning team – the heart of everyday life

Since our first apartment in 2022, our cleaning team has grown steadily. Today, several reliable staff members look after our nine apartments – always with the aim of ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. From our first employee to today’s team, one thing has always been clear: quality begins with people who take their job seriously and give their best for our guests every day – reliably, warmly and with dedication.

Technology, laundry logistics & administration

In 2023, the first caretaker joined the team to speed up renovations, refurbishments and minor maintenance work. This was followed by an employee who deals exclusively with laundry logistics. Since 2025, a property manager has been supporting the team, taking care of organisation, processes and the reliable management of all locations – thus ensuring smooth operations in our growing company on a daily basis.

An Advent weekend to enjoy

I spent a wonderful Advent weekend with my family from France in this very comfortable and tastefully furnished flat. It is also conveniently located in the centre. We had a lot of fun playing billiards. We would love to come back.

Lovely flat for the weekend

The flat is in a quiet location and is extremely clean and modern. Everything you need is there. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful in his communications beforehand. We had to arrive early due to a wedding, and this was arranged immediately. If we go back to the area, we would love to stay there again.

Exceptional & central

I would describe the flat as exceptional. Centrally located in the pedestrian zone, very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The highlight is a pool table. There is also free parking in the immediate vicinity. I would rent the flat again.
