With a total living space of 230 m², “The BIG for 16” is one of the largest group accommodations in Hameln. The unit consists of two separately accessible apartments located within the same building and reached via the shared staircase. This gives larger groups two complete living areas – ideal for travelling together while still enjoying plenty of space and privacy. The accommodation is suitable for companies, families, friends or club teams and offers space for up to 16 people.

The group accommodation includes a total of 6 bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms feature two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m) that can be pushed together to form a double bed (1.80 m) if desired. The two additional bedrooms are equipped with fixed king-size beds (1.80 m). There is also a comfortable sofa bed in each of the two living rooms. Every bedroom and both living rooms include smart TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house.

A special highlight is the large winter garden with direct views of the river Weser, a massage chair, and an electric fireplace. The facilities are completed by a balcony, two fully equipped kitchens, timelessly designed bathrooms, a washing machine, and four private parking spaces directly at the house.

From April 1st to September 30th, guests can also use the property’s private barbecue area – perfect for relaxed evenings outdoors.
